This policy explains what information 77-Technologies (Pvt) Ltd (SECP Reg. No. 354090989, Model Town, Lahore, Pakistan) collects through 77technologies.com and our services, and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Enquiry details — when you submit our contact form or message us on WhatsApp or email: your name, phone number, email address, and the message you send.
- Project information — content, credentials and business information you share with us to deliver a project.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, when our advertising is active, analytics and advertising identifiers via tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you engage us for.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
3. Who else processes it
- Web3Forms relays contact-form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) stores our email correspondence.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) processes messages you send us on those platforms under Meta’s own privacy policy, and advertising data when our campaigns are active.
- Our website hosting provider processes standard server logs.
4. Client project data
Credentials and business data shared with us for a project are used only to deliver that project, shared only with team members working on it, and handed over or deleted on request after handover. Where we manage hosting or backups under a care plan, data is retained for as long as the plan is active.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are kept while we may reasonably do business together. Invoicing records are kept as required by Pakistani tax law. You may ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time (clause 7).
6. Security
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, use reputable providers, and protect accounts with strong authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
